For those seeking representation, I'd like to share my experience. I appreciate many things about Susan as an agent. I signed with STW in May 09. What I appreciate MOST is that she is ETHICAL. There are NO hidden charges like a $200 fee to do your contract or insisting upon an $800 photographer, paying $400 for acting lessons with a specific coach or a fee to put your picture on her website. Honesty goes a LONG way in this business. Secondly, she insists on professional standards from her actors such as promptness in auditioning and shoots, having the proper materials including headshots and websites. If an actor is not serious about their career, she will drop them. She also has a good eye for talent. The result of this is that casting directors are quickly recognizing that when STW sends actors, they are prepared, professional & prompt, which creates even more oppportunities. Lastly, I appreciate that she has been an actress for many years, has walked in these shoes, and understands the demands made of actors as well as their hopes and dreams. Combining personal quality of kindness + a great head for business = one excellent agent! Actors should feel lucky if they are accepted to become part of STW Talent.
